Vegtable Scallop Recipe BYRNE

Ingredients

4 tbsps. Butter or margarine
4 tbsps. Flour
½ tsp. mustard (dry)
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups cooked Brussel Sprouts (1 pkg. frozen)
12 Small white onions. (1 jar)
2 cups cooked carrot strips
4 slices yellow cheese cut in 1-inch strips

Procedure

1. Make white sauce with butter or margarine, flour,
Mustard, salt, pepper & Milk;
pour over vegetables in 8 cup shallow baking dish;
Top with criss - cross cheese Strips.
Bake 350 degrees F. - 30 Minutes
